Robotics sourcing & export

Robotics from China, sourced and shipped for your market

We are a sourcing and export partner, not a showroom. You describe the job the robot has to do; we find the manufacturers and research groups that can actually build it, manage the order and handle the export paperwork.

Why work with us

We are the layer between you and the factory

Robotics sourcing fails in predictable ways: a supplier quotes a configuration you did not ask for, or ships without the files you need to import it. That middle layer is the job.

Complete domestic supply chain

From reducers, servo motors and sensors through to final assembly, the whole bill of materials can be sourced in one place. That is why comparable machines here often land well below the price of a Western equivalent.

Core component localisation

Localisation of reducers, actuators and core sensors has passed the threshold where an integrator no longer needs a Japanese or European part to ship.

Research and production in one region

University spin-outs, research institutes and volume manufacturers sit within the same industrial belt, so a prototype from a lab and a production line from a factory can be handled by one partner.

Declared export experience

Equipment is already in service in the Middle East, Europe, Australia and North America, and warehouse robotics has cleared customs into Russia, the USA and India.

Markets

Where these machines are going

Demand is concentrated in four regions, and the regulatory work differs in each of them.

Middle East

Oil, gas and petrochemical inspection plus large-scale retail automation demand.

Europe

Industrial automation, intralogistics and CE-compliant machinery integration.

North America

Research labs, warehouse logistics and FCC-compliant consumer devices.

Southeast Asia

Front-warehouse and retail automation, fast-moving consumer goods distribution.

Compliance handled before the factory ships

CE · European conformityFCC · US radio & EMCRoHS · Restricted substancesUN38.3 · Lithium transport

We confirm what already exists with the manufacturer and what has to be produced for your market. Batteries are planned for UN38.3 and the correct transport class from day one, because that is the single most common reason a robotics shipment gets held at the port.

How it works

From enquiry to delivery

Five steps. The first two are free and usually answer whether you should keep talking to us at all.

01

Requirement

Application, environment, payload or DOF, quantity and destination market. A photo and two lines of context is enough to start.

02

Shortlist

Two to four options with datasheets, factory capability and an indication of lead time. No prices here — those come with the quotation.

03

Sample & verify

Where the value justifies it, a sample or a video verification run before any volume commitment.

04

Order & production

Deposit terms, production milestones and factory inspection photos. Progress is reported, not assumed.

05

Ship & support

Export documents, consolidated shipping and a spare-part kit in the same shipment where possible.

Tell us what the robot has to do

Application, environment, payload or DOF, quantity, destination. That is enough for a first answer. If we cannot serve the requirement, we will say so rather than pass it around.
