What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, destination country, estimated quantity, area of interest and the requirement text you provide, together with the page the enquiry was sent from and a basic record of the request for spam prevention. Our web server also keeps standard access logs containing your IP address and the pages requested.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is the entire purpose. We do not build marketing lists, we do not sell or share your details with third parties for advertising, and we do not add you to a newsletter.
Who sees it
Our staff. If your enquiry leads to a quotation, the relevant technical detail is shared with the manufacturer involved in that quotation, because they cannot price it otherwise. We do not share your contact details with manufacturers who are not quoting against your requirement.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so that repeat orders can be handled against the original specification. After that they are deleted. Server logs are rotated and removed within 90 days.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no analytics scripts. If a privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic counter is enabled in future, this notice will be updated before it goes live.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will action it within 30 days.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with TLS. Access to stored enquiry records is restricted to the people who handle them. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us passwords, ID documents or anything else sensitive through a web form.
