What we do

How we work with buyers

Six things we handle that a direct factory relationship usually does not cover.

Product sourcing & vendor matching

You send the requirement, we identify qualified manufacturers and research origins for the same capability, and come back with a shortlist you can actually buy from.

Manufacturer coordination

Specification review, sample tracking, tooling and packaging coordination so the factory builds what you specified rather than what it stocks.

Export documentation & compliance

Commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and support for CE, FCC, RoHS and UN38.3 requirements before the shipment leaves the factory.

Freight & delivery

Sea, air and express routing with battery handling planned in from the start, so lithium packs and UN38.3 do not become a problem at the port.

OEM / ODM and private label

Brand, packaging, manuals, app language and CE/FCC files prepared for your channel, including retail gift-box programmes for desktop robots.

After-sales & spare parts

Consumable and wear-part planning, remote diagnosis and a spare-part kit shipped with the machine rather than ordered after the failure.

How it works

From enquiry to delivery

Five steps. The first two are free and usually answer whether you should keep talking to us at all.

01

Requirement

Application, environment, payload or DOF, quantity and destination market. A photo and two lines of context is enough to start.

02

Shortlist

Two to four options with datasheets, factory capability and an indication of lead time. No prices here — those come with the quotation.

03

Sample & verify

Where the value justifies it, a sample or a video verification run before any volume commitment.

04

Order & production

Deposit terms, production milestones and factory inspection photos. Progress is reported, not assumed.

05

Ship & support

Export documents, consolidated shipping and a spare-part kit in the same shipment where possible.

Export

Paperwork and compliance

Robots are complicated cargo. Motors, lithium batteries, radio transmitters and high-voltage components each trigger their own rule. We deal with that before the container is booked, not at the border.

CE

European conformity

FCC

US radio & EMC

RoHS

Restricted substances

UN38.3

Lithium transport

Markets

Where these machines are going

Demand is concentrated in four regions, and the regulatory work differs in each of them.

Middle East

Oil, gas and petrochemical inspection plus large-scale retail automation demand.

Europe

Industrial automation, intralogistics and CE-compliant machinery integration.

North America

Research labs, warehouse logistics and FCC-compliant consumer devices.

Southeast Asia

Front-warehouse and retail automation, fast-moving consumer goods distribution.

Tell us what the robot has to do

Application, environment, payload or DOF, quantity, destination. That is enough for a first answer. If we cannot serve the requirement, we will say so rather than pass it around.
